The Apartments

Le Chat Vert consists of only 2 apartments.

The 2 accommodations are identical.

Our 42 m² ground floor apartments both have an independent entrance. Each consist of a spacious fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining and living room, a large bathroom and a cozy bedroom with a double bed.

​

The accommodations are equipped with air conditioning and the free WiFi is available on the entire property.

​

Our apartments are always carefully cleaned and cared for so that each of our guests feels comfortable and safe. We guarantee maximum cleanliness upon your arrival and take care of the final cleaning, which is included in the rental price:

The romantically furnished bedroom with a beautiful view welcomes you with a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage space, so that you feel comfortable and your stay is pleasant

Each bedroom has a large 160x200 bed with a high-quality mattress that offers the highest level of sleeping comfort to spend restful nights.

 

Sheets are provided and the bed is made before your arrival.

 

The windows face the quiet garden and offer a view of the beautiful nature. No noise or light will disturb your sleep at night.

The cozy living room has a sofa bed with a high-quality mattress, which offers a 140x200 bed with maximum comfort. The sofa’s Rapido system makes it easy to put the bed up and put it away again in a few second.

 

There is also an inviting dining area.

 

 

The living room is on the north side of the house. From its window you can see your private outdoor dining area surrounded by plants. The vegetation of the north garden offers an ideal privacy screen to the street and the double-glazed windows dampen any possible noise from outside and guarantee you peace and quiet in the accommodation.

The street in front of the house remains illuminated until midnight in autumn and winter and until 1 a.m. in spring and summer. We have installed blackout blinds so that you can darken the living room as needed.

Our house is situated on the national road. This name is misleading because the street in front of the house is a village street that is limited to 30 km / h and is frequented by the villagers. 

A main road, the D618 dual carriageway, which intercepts heavy traffic, trucks, etc., bypasses all of the small villages of the Albères, including Saint André, and is much further away. The noise of this street cannot be heard from Le Chat Vert.

The modern and functional kitchen is open to the living room.

 

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen accessories to prepare delicious dishes, discover our region through its local products and enjoy convivial meals.

Kitchen towels and cloth napkins are provided and changed depending on the length of stay.

 

We provide free of charge cleaning products, tablets for the dishwasher, washing-up liquid, a new sponge...

 

On arrival, you will also find an arrival package and a welcome tray.
